Who We Are

We are a small family owned construction company, which specializes in custom homes, remodels and additions. Rick Peterman, the company’s president, holds over 40 year experience in the construction industry and has been building in the Tri-Cities since 1992. Rick and his son Aaron take on a limited number of projects each year to make sure they can devote the degree of attention and craftsmanship they are known for.

Our Philosophy

We encourage on-site owner involvement because we realize most people can’t fully visualize their project before it takes physical form, and we want to make sure the end result satisfies their wants and needs. It is our pleasure to take the resources the client has available and give them the most we can, resulting in something they will enjoy forever.

Our Approach

Our company is based on relationships. We have built a relationship with our sub-contractors, suppliers and each entity we deal with during the construction process. These relationships combine to bring our client a better product. One of the most important relationships we build though is with our clients. We think building a house should be a fun, meaningful experience. Out main goal is to take the homeowners’ visions and desires and make them a reality. We take the time and effort to make that happen. Feel free to ask any of our homeowners about their home building experience.

Custom 07′

In this craftsman style home, nothing was left undone. Taken to a level of quality that is rarely practiced, this home was crafted from the highest grade material. From the custom hand crafted door nobs to the solid quarter-sawn oak millwork that was fabricated on site, every part of this house was unique.

Parade 07′

This home was entered into the 2007 parade of homes and won many awards including: Best Master Suite, Best Workmanship, Best Overall Category IV, and Best in Parade. The home takes full advantage of a beautiful view of the Tri-Cities with large windows lining the back of the house. White painted millwork give a warm feeling to the homes interior.

Custom 08′

The owners of this home unique and bitter sweet opportunity when their home was destroyed by a fire. They were granted the opportunity to rebuild their home with all the knowledge of how they would use the space, adding, subtracting or rearranging their floor plan.

Custom 11′

This eclectic styled home harbors unique features on every level. An elevator connects the three levels of the 7500 sq ft. residence. Antiques are built in throughout the home, from the 150 year old monastery doors to the bank teller window that over looks the kitchen from the upper level, each piece adds a new bit of character to this home feel.

Custom 12′

This 5400 sq. ft. single story home host a farmhouse feel. Its only fitting considering it is situated on the edge of a crop circle. Custom painted and stained woodwork are abundant… the back patio can be sealed off from the elements with glass panel garage doors and ceiling mounted gas heaters can be utilized to make the out door barbecue usable in the winter.
